Once we have the delivery address postcode and dates you are after we can provide a quote & information on our available hot tubs.
What does the quote include? All the quotes we provide include delivery, collection and chemicals for the duration of hire.
HOT TUB HIRE FAQ’S: ACCESS
As all of our hot tubs come in one piece, the most common question is ‘How do we get the hot tubs into the garden?’ Best thing to do is send us an access video from where we can park to where you want the hot tub so we can see the route. We will only book the job in once we are sure the hot tub will fit through. And we need a minimum of 31in width and 70in height to be able to get our smallest hot tub through. Also, we will need extra space if we need to make any turns etc. Please take into account any down pipes, gas meter boxes etc.
Once we have seen the access video and have any measurements we need, we can then get the booking confirmed with a deposit. Nearer to the hire we confirm delivery days & times.
When is the balance payable? Your balance is payable on delivery and can be paid by cash or BAC’s.
HOT TUB HIRE FAQ’S: DELIVERY & COLLECTION
What will you need from us for delivery? During delivery we will need access to a hose pipe and tap, and a plug, which can be indoors or outside. But please bear in mind the hot tub needs to be plugged in for the duration of the hire to heat and filter the water.
How long does delivery take? Delivery usually takes approx an hour but this can vary slightly depending on the route getting into the garden. We will set the hot tub up for you & all you will need to do is finish filling it. Our hot tubs take approx 12 hours to heat so after this time you can enjoy!
We will send out some instructions at the start of your hire in case you need them. Although should you need any advice during the hire, you can reach us by email or phone.
On collection of the hot tub, we will empty the hot tub for you and take it away.
How do I get my deposit back? As long as no damage has been caused we can refund your deposit back to you, we will need your account number and sort code for this.
